A THOUSAND VERSIONS OF YOU

All the world’s a stage, and all men and women merely players;
They have their exits and their entrances, and one man in his time plays their parts
-          William Shakespeare

We all have different roles to perform in our lives. A son, brother, friend, husband, colleague, superior officer and so on… But have you ever thought about this; that every person you meet in your life may not have the same view as you? And so exists a thousand versions of you.

We may have a character defined for our self and think that we are projecting the same to others. But since the receptors are different, perceptions also change. Each of them may perceive you differently based on the situations, purpose, and words. People judge you as what they are and not what as you are. Like they say “Your perception is not always the reality”.

It’s not about the communication skills that I am trying to make a point here. We all communicate to express our views and opinions. That will be reached exactly to the other person. But the version and perception of you formed in that particular situation will be different for different people in the same room.  Because people add up their own ideas also to create a newer you in their minds.

This thought that there is never a single version of us existing has given me a different view of myself. It’s an exciting thought on one side but on the other side, I feel it has something to ponder upon also. Are we the ones which we think we are or the ones we project to others?

Well! We keep on changing and evolving from time to time. The people in our life may also change as we move on. I feel the impressions we leave behind are the ones that remain as a version of you in people’s mind. If you change then maybe the impressions you form will also be changed.

Life is a game of 3 parts
In the first part, you wonder what people think about you
In the second part, you don’t care what people think about you
It is in the third and final part, you realize that people were never thinking about you anyway

So, the point is not to worry about how others create a version of you in their minds but to focus on how a newer version of you is evolving in your own mind. Inner peace begins from the moment you choose not to allow another person to control your emotions. Because ultimately it has to be you to decide your version and even if it takes more than a thousand versions of yourself to shed and reach the better one, it’s worth going for.

THE KEY

Lord Krishna says in Bhagavad Gita

“duḥkheṣhv-anudvigna-manāḥ sukheṣhu vigata-spṛihaḥ
  vīta-rāga-bhaya-krodhaḥ sthita-dhīr munir uchyate"

'One whose mind remains undisturbed amidst misery, who does not crave for pleasure, and who is free from attachment, fear, and anger, is called a sage of steady wisdom.'

Happiness & Sorrow; Optimism & Pessimism; Light & Darkness; Love & Hate; Life is a mixture of all extremes. At some point or the other, we all face extreme emotions and situations. But what is the key to sustain all of them and move on with life? The key is BALANCE.

Work-life balance, emotional balance, Financial stability are the ‘general goals to achieve’ for most of us. They help us lead a comfortable life. Going a little deeper, the balance between our mind and heart is something we strive for. When there is a balance of thought between the logic of the mind and the emotion of the heart, the choices we make will be with more confidence and clarity.

On a broader note, I feel every event in the world is balanced by some other one. Like Newton’s third law says, ‘every action has an equal and opposite reaction’. If a ball is thrown on to the ground, it will bounce back with the same force. Also, all the matter in the Universe is constant. If there is a new matter created here, there will be an equal matter destroyed somewhere else. On the whole, everything is balanced.

Hence when the entire cosmos follows the Balance theory, and since we are also a part of this cosmos, I believe our emotions and life also follow the same. If you are facing difficulties today, there is going to be happiness with the same intensity tomorrow. Nothing is going to remain constant in life. Everything will be balanced. Like the saying goes, ‘This too shall pass'.

So, all we can do is to maintain equanimity of thought and equilibrium in emotion. Being positive in any situation helps us to face the life strongly and boldly. Because ultimately, everything will be balanced. So ‘Be kind, but don’t let people take advantage of you. Trust, but don’t be deceived. Be content, but never stop improving yourself.’

INSIDE OUT

You sow what you reap. You cannot expect a banana tree by planting an apple seed. Similarly, you cannot expect a positive output by feeding negative thoughts to the mind. What we believe inside is what we achieve. Therefore, it is important to tune our principles in life for achieving the desired results.

Whatever we plant in our subconscious mind and nourish with repetition and emotion will one day become a reality.”- Earl Nightingale

Buddha believed that desire is the reason for sadness and hence he renounced every desire. Mother Teresa believed that she was born to serve and so she did her entire life. Yuvraj Singh has cured his cancer with his strong belief. This shows that our body reacts to our thought process.  Everyone has their own principles around which they construct their life. Faith is power. If you believe in something strongly, then that something will become your life because those principles lead you to choose accordingly. Those choices turn into actions and finally yield the desired outputs.

The best example of the strength of a belief on Earth is Religion. When many people believe in a set of principles, it becomes a religion, which becomes a way of life.

Therefore, choose your principles wisely, as that is what defines our life.

Thoughts-> Beliefs-> Principles-> Choices-> Your Life J

The Ink bottle

Every bad event in life will be balanced by a good one like every dark cloud has a silver lining. It’s common for any living being to face some or the other kind of tough situations in life. Many people end their lives out of depression or thinking there is no good left to happen in their lives anymore.

I believe that life is an empty book to script our own story. And the magic ink in our pen is the strength and persistence to complete the book till the last page, no matter what. Some make their stories bigger by facing more struggles, moulding themselves harder and coming out as a shining Diamond. However, some may exhaust their strength and drain out their inks, leaving behind their book unfinished.

It may sound idealistic to think positively every time and everywhere. But trust me, this attitude is what that makes all the difference. There is no one in this world who hasn’t faced problems or tough situations. Then why not face it a little differently?  Believe that there is a backup of a good event for every bad one. After all, pain is what that brings out the real potential; Struggle is what that gives us the strength.

At such times, we need an ink bottle to fill back the ink in our pens. That ink bottle may be different for different people. For some, it can be their loved ones. For some other, it can be a therapist, and for some other, it can be a goal or some kind of diversion. Because you never know what miracles, the magic ink might do. J K Rowling (Author of Harry Potter series) decided to end her life after parting with her husband. She sought professional help and we all know what she did with her “magic” ink.

There can be no success story without pain. Everyone may not have a great story, but everyone has a story to finish. That is what remains and can be an inspiration for someone to live.

“Taking your own life? Taking from who? Once it’s over, you will not miss it. Your own death is something that happens to everybody else. Your life is not your own. Keep your hands off it.”
                                                                                                                                                                                                      - Sherlock Holmes

In the end, everything will be okay. If it is not okay, then it is not the end. Complete your story...

PS: I wrote this blog after the disturbing news of my childhood classmate’s suicide. This blog is a small effort from my side to bring a new hope for someone in need.

Food for the Soul

Fruits, Vegetables, Green tea, exercise…what not! We try to give good nourishment to our bodies for maintaining a healthy body. However busy we are, we try to give some time to take care of our physical health so that we can be active and perform our daily activities well. Similar to body care, there is something called ‘You’ inside the body which also strives for some food to recharge itself. We can call it as ‘Food for the Soul’.

Each one of us gets recharged mentally by doing different things. These are some of my thoughts which can help us to strengthen the inner self-

Gratitude: Feeling thankful for whatever we have gives a positive outlook to our life. There are many people out there who don’t even have the basic necessities. Instead of cribbing for what we don’t have, it’s better to realize the value of what we have.

Love thy Self: Have you ever thought like this? ‘There is no one in this whole universe who is 100% like you’. It means there is one and only one ‘You’ in this world. Isn’t that so special? So love yourself for whatever you are and stop hurting the self. Talk to yourself appreciating for the positives and work on improving the negative ones. No one is perfect. So just Love yourself for whatever you are…One can love others and enjoy the life only when one loves oneself first.

Smile often: Do you know who the most beautiful person is? The one who smiles whole-heartedly like a baby. A Smile is positively contagious. Don’t you smile involuntarily by looking at a happy baby? Or a smiling person? Smiling and Laughing changes your mood instantly. So next time when you are dressed up, don’t forget to wear a Smile too… :D .

Time for your Passion: Everyone has their own passion. Though we are busy in our daily routine, allocate some time for your favorite hobby. It can be art, music, gardening, cooking, writing, volunteering for a social cause, reading, traveling etc., Anything of your favorite…Just do it. Trust me, it just rejuvenates your mind and gives new energy.

The Power of expression: We have so many thoughts and emotions running inside our mind. For some or the other reason, we may restrain from expressing them. This can cause Stress and negative emotions like frustration, depression. So whenever you feel any emotion that you don’t want to expose to others, just sit in a lonely place and vent out your feelings. This gives a lot of relief and frees your mind.

Life is a long journey and we carry our body and soul through many situations. We may not control the situations , but we can definitely mold our mind positively to face them. So always feed your mind with positive thoughts to nourish your soul. Just tell yourself ‘All z well’ :D

PRESENT, A 'PRESENT'

Life is so full of care….
There is no time to stand and stare

Yes we are all busy and in a hurry. We have worries about our past, plans and expectations for the future. But may be somewhere in this process, we forget to actually live in the moment.

Life is all about living :P. Yes, this phrase is very true if we really mean it. If we are mindful about every little thing we do, then we can enjoy the life to the fullest. Many of us wait for the weekends or vacation time to relax and enjoy. But by being mindful, we can even enjoy the boring things that cannot be avoided in our day-to-day life.

We wake up every morning with hundreds of thoughts in mind; reaching the office on time, giving the best for the presentation, last day to pay the bills etc., and all this thinking happens while getting ready, having coffee, going through the news and having a quick breakfast.  Actually, planning for the day is a good thing. But losing the moment is not necessary.

Enjoy your coffee fully…take in the swaad of that aloo parata fully :D…listen to your favourite songs in the traffic to boost up your morning. All this may sound simple but trust me…these small things make your routine lively and interesting.

It’s not just about the chores, but also about different experiences. When you are at work, being mindful makes you more productive. When you are with your family or friends, being there fully gives a lot of joy. Doing things with a whole presence of mind, body and soul brings completeness and boosts your happiness. Life is a mixture of both ups and downs. Experience both of them fully. Because one day, when we look back, we will have many things to cherish.

So all that we have is the PRESENT MOMENT... Mindfulness is the secret of happiness. :)

CONNECTING DOTS...

Everything in this world is connected. We would have heard this statement and related concepts like ‘butterfly theory’. All such theories say that every single event and every single thing in this world is connected and are related.

Vasudaiva Kutumbakam” means that the Earth is all one family. Have you ever thought about our connection to some unknown people or events? Of course, in today’s world, we are all connected through internet. But imagine how exciting it is to know that whatever we do will also affect somewhere someone in this world.

Edison wouldn’t have known that his experiments inside the lab would change the future of this entire Earth. We recognized his invention and hence read his story on how he invented the electricity. This is a realized event. But imagine we may not know the reasons for the events we experience in our lives. Even simple acts are related to someone unknown in our lives. For example, we eat food which is grown by some farmer somewhere and we use things which involve labor work of some unknown person. We work in our offices for some client and through that you indirectly serve an unknown customer on time. So nothing goes in vain and every small act of us is justified in one or the other form in this world.

Every single event might have its effect on another event either directly or indirectly. Every phase of our life, every event in it has a reason. We realize the happy moments in the form of success but sometimes may not understand the reasons for bad ones. We may not understand the reason behind it right now or sometimes never. But still, everything happens for a reason. Trying to understand the reasons will only increase the anxiety.

Just hold faith in this universal chain of events and embrace every minute, event and phase of life responsibly. Because in the end, all the dots will be connected to form a meaningful picture :).

IT’S ALL ABOUT CHOICES

The choices we make define our ‘Life’. Is there anything called ‘right’ choice or ‘wrong’ choice? Well! I believe the right or wrong is always decided on situations but the impact of those choices will be there on our lives.

Suppose there is a person who holds a PG degree, whose passion is Bharatanatyam and who is from a middle class dignified family. His parents are getting old who need to be taken care of and he receives an offer in US with a salary of a million bucks per annum. Now he has to make a choice whether to take the offer or not. What will he do? Which choice of his is right?

The answer is simple. Each one of us is brought up with certain values and we are moulded by the situations we face in our lives. We develop some core values which define our choices and thereby deciding our way of life. These core values act in every situation as the foundation and we build our choices based on it.

For instance, this is how a person might make choices based on different core values

Family: If the person’s core value is family, then his first priority will be his parents. So he makes a choice whether to take the offer or not keeping his parents as the ultimate priority. He may decide not to take the offer and stay back to look after his parents or he may decide to take them along with him.

Money/Career: For a money-oriented person, the offer itself is a great news and he celebrates this event the most. He immediately takes the offer first and then think about other things later. So in this case, he may not give first priority to other things in life because his core value is earning money.

Passion: In this case, his passion is dance. So to make a lifetime choice on whether to leave for US or to follow his passion, he will choose his passion. He will choose to make a great life out of his passion and then prioritize the other things.

There can still be different possible scenarios based on one’s core values like society, fame, purpose etc. One’s decision is said to be right or wrong based on one’s core value. For a person who values his family the most, may feel it a wrong choice to accept the US offer. But for a person who is career oriented, may find it right to take the offer. In general, if the individual core values meet with that of a group of people (or Society), then it is called a good choice; if not, then it’s a bad choice. Again it’s our choice whether to also care about the society. It’s as simple as that.

“They say life is from B to D...from ‘Birthday’ to ‘Death’. But what’s between B & D? It’s a C- ‘Choice’”

So now, if you feel that you lead a satisfactory life, then your core values are strong and clear. But if you have more regrets than happiness in your life, then maybe you have to recheck your core values and try to analyze if this is what you want in your life. Because core values lead to better choices and thereby a better life.

THE ONE WHICH NEVER CHANGES…

Is the CHANGE itself. What is that one thing which has been the same through all these years in the entire Universe? It’s nothing but the change. The only catalyst to this change is the ‘Time’.

Be it the big bang of this universe to the evolution of life on Earth, be it a land on which a person like 'Lord Ram’ ruled in India to the present politics, be it the pigeon couriers to the Mobile phones…everything changes with time. Nothing is constant, whether it is good or bad.

There can be good or bad consequences with the ‘CHANGE’. When humans evolved, Earth was healthy and eco-life was balanced. Now, we humans have ‘DEVELOPED’ so much that we think it’s good for the human race to invent many technologies and progress. But there is also a parallel consequence of losing the ecological balance of Earth. It seems good and bad is always balanced. For every good thing, I feel there is a proportionate bad thing happening around. Or maybe everything is just a perception?! and there is nothing called ‘good’ or ‘bad’?! Well…it’s kind of complicated. To keep it simple, balance exists everywhere and in everything.

Like there is a law that mass can never be created nor destroyed i.e. always balanced, I would say that good and bad experiences in life are also always balanced. We start from our childhood, then youth, middle-age and old age. In this process of changing the phases of life, we experience so many emotions, situations, accidents, meetings and partings. Like each and every event of life will be balanced with a proportionate one, we can also see that nothing is constant except the ‘CHANGE’.

So, if you are right now in a depressed state, don’t worry because this will not be the same throughout and change will enter with time. Everything in life will be balanced with changing events along with time. We can only cherish our memories, save our experiences, and take further steps based on them for the future with a hope. So just don’t worry about anything because at the end, everything will change for that right balance in life.

FLIP A COIN

When you flip a coin, the result may not be in your hands whether it is a head or tails but the coin is always in your hand. So if you don’t get the result you wanted then just flip the coin ;)

Similarly in our lives, we may not always get the results as we desire but the way we perceive the result is always in our hands. When something seems to be going wrong or not in our favor, just turn your perception upside down and view it something as in your favor.

One point is that everyone everywhere has some or the other problems in their lives. But the way we deal them is all that matters! If we see problems as problems, they will turn like ghosts and haunt us. But if you flip the coin and treat them as lessons for our beautiful future, they will form milestones for our lives. After all, what is a destination without a meaningful journey at every milestone :D

Like that Nescafe advertisement, where the guy stammers and people rejects him as a stand-up comedian. But he uses the same stammering as ‘buffering’ concept and makes people laugh with his jokes. That's what is called as ‘Attitude’. If you fail every time you try, then no need to keep cribbing or crying about it. Flip the coin and consider it as an experience for your next trial. After all, Edison was successful only after 999 attempts.

You may lose everything including money, home, job, people etc because of some situations in life. But if you don’t lose your attitude at any moment, anything can be faced with utmost pleasure and joy. For the stone to become an idol, it should bear many beatings. So right now or anytime in your life, if you face continuous failures or stress points, stop worrying and just flip the coin. It may not be as easy as I say, but is definitely possible and effective.

“Nothing can hurt you or affect you without your consent”. So whatever it may happen, just perceive it in your favor. After all, it’s your life to live as you wish. Mistakes may happen but they can be turned to lessons only with your attitude. Don’t worry…just flip the coin ;)

EMPATHY

"Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a harder battle”
                                                                          -Plato

This quote is well understood when you face such a situation in life. Isn’t it good if someone listens to you without judging anything and just trying to step into your shoes? If it feels good then why can’t we be the same towards others also?

‘Empathy’ may not just be listening and trying to understand others pain. Sometimes it can be just lending your shoulder to cry on as solace. One may feel better just by crying on your shoulder without even talking about one’s problem. In fact, not forcing the other person to talk about their problems when they are not willing to open up is also empathy.

We never know what the other person is going through in his/her life. Like F. Scott Fitzgerald said “Whenever you feel like criticizing any one...just remember that all the people in this world haven't had the advantages that you've had.” They may be struggling in their personal lives more than you. And just because someone doesn’t behave in a right manner, we can’t judge their attitude. In such incidents only, our maturity should show up. The ability to stay calm and understand the other person’s pain turns the negative situation to a manageable one with the positive energy you generate by being empathetic.

To be empathetic to others, one should be kind to himself first. Never talk negative about yourself. The self-image you portray about yourself gives you the poise and self-confidence which lead to higher level of maturity. When you are confident about yourself, even though others behave rude to you, it won’t hurt you. In fact, your thoughts try to cultivate in an empathetic manner towards the other person as to try to understand the other person’s feelings in a positive way. Hence being good to oneself is very important to be empathetic to others.

Human relations are very sensitive and be it personal or professional life, it is important to maintain balance of mind while dealing with people. It all starts from within you by loving and respecting yourself and then develops the ability to perceive others’ feelings also on the same wavelength as of yours. So be good, do good, say good and ultimately you will feel good J

MAGIC OF MUSIC

“I often think in music, I live my daydreams in music. I see my life in terms of music.”
                                                                                                                          -Albert Einstein

This quote is stuck in my mind because even I feel the same; think in music, live in music and see life in music.  Who doesn’t feel good if our thoughts match with Einstein? :D

All those music lovers must be thinking the same, isn’t it? Have you ever imagined a beautiful background music when you are happy? A violin in background when you are sad? Or probably songs like ‘Aaoge jab tum ho saajna’ sort of :P . Sounds funny, but gives relief when we are in that mood.

There are many schools of thought on Music therapy which say that music has the power to heal your pain both physical and emotional. Even a child can connect to the sweetness of music. There goes a Sanskrit sloka:

         “Sishurvethi Pashurvethi
          vethi ganam phaneem rasaha”
           meaning
“Music has the power to enthrall a child and an animal alike”.
That’s why may be music is called ‘Divine’. It’s like food for our soul and spirit giving immense pleasure and energy.

Do you know that the kind of music we listen to also determines the mood of a person? Or vice-versa- Based on our mood swing, we may choose the kind of music. But sometimes listening to sad and gloomy music when we are in such a mood helps us to soothe our pain and flush out our feelings (Ye..kya huva..kaise huva..kab huva…kyon huva..jab hua,tab hua..oh chodo, yeh na socho). Also listening to peppy music boosts our senses and acts as energizer (Superr machi… :D). Melodies are of their own type (Ye rate..ye mausam..nadii ka kinaraa…). They define many feelings without the need of expressing a single word J

So next time when you are thinking of any gift to your parent’s wedding anniversary or a birthday gift or a wedding gift or may be a casual gift to someone special, try giving a collection of their favorite songs. If you can sing, a dedicated song with your own karaoke makes a very special gift :). Because at the end of the day, music itself is special in any form; be it an instrument or vocal or karaoke or just a simple jingle.

For any incident of our life or just causally also, music helps soothe our mind and heart. Tune to your favorite music always and see the world with a background music. Music is anywhere and everywhere if we have the heart to realize.

"There’s music in the sighing of a reed...
There’s music in the gushing of a rill...
There’s music in all things, if men had ears
The earth is but the music of spheres.”
                                                                                            - Byron

Trust me! It gives a sense of pleasure and a new feel for life :). So what are you waiting for? Go tune yourself. La la la…..hmm..hmm..hmmm…

MISSING TILES

Imagine in our office or classroom, if one tile is missing on the ceiling. Does your concentration go on the missing one or the other well placed ones? Well! In this case, our observation goes to the missing tile only so that we can repair or fix it. But if we apply the same to our lives, there will always be some ‘Missing tiles’ and Life can’t be perfect with all the well-placed tiles.

Each one of us have dreams, desires, achievements, sad happenings, happy moments etc. But most of the times, we keep on thinking of the ‘missing tiles’ in our life like
  •          A bald head man observes hair first in any person he meets and feels sad that he doesn't have hair.
  •          A short person observes height in the new person he meets and feels bad about his height.
  •          A person who dreams of having an own car observes the same in  the others
  •          An  unemployed graduate first notices whether the other person is employed or not.
  •         The life style of a rich man is the first thing a poor man notices and thinks about.
  •          A girl/boy who is unmarried observes the marital status of the people she/he meets.

There are many more incidents of this sort that every one of us might have faced at some point of in our lives. I don’t say that it is a bad thing to think about the missing tiles in the life. But I can surely say that we lose our peace of mind and happiness in this process.  Because the stresses and worries in life are like a glass full of water. It’s not the weight of the water glass that hurts our hand, it’s about how long we hold that glass. The longer we hold, the more hurting it is. Hence remember to keep the glass down.

Some missing tiles in our lives can be fixed/ repaired with hard work or right decisions. But some cannot be changed. So it’s better to accept those missing ones and feel blissed for the well placed ones for a better and happier life :)

RENEW YOUR MEMORIES TO REJUNEVATE

Have you ever tried to memorize and travel back to those wonderful memories of your past when you are really sad? Have you experienced the joy of reliving your happiest moments of past life again in your mind? Well! This thought struck my mind when I had a fight with my friend. I started to feel sad, negative thoughts came in my mind to intensify the fight. But then I tried to memorize the happy and beautiful moments we spent together and my mind started soothing off from the bad mood. My anger started disappearing slowly when I relived those moments. I felt “Saying sorry” is such a small thing in front of the valuable friendship we had and we came back to the pavilion again :)

This can be the case with many of us. When our moods go wrong because of something, we keep sinking ourselves in those thoughts. But rather if we can go back to our memory, it can amazingly change our thoughts and give a sense of positive feeling.

Some random thoughts can be:
  •    In case of any fight with your friend/Girl/Boy Friend/closed ones , imagine the time you had a big chat with them about any stupid topic, it makes you smile immediately
  •   Listen to those songs which gave you a special feeling in the past. Relive that feeling again and it feels like heaven.
  •   Imagine that moment when you have received your first gift from someone you admire/ love the most.
  •     Do that one thing which you used to like a lot but left it as the time passed. It can be riding a cycle, doodling your own imagination, just take a long drive, reading that one book which you always wanted to read, go to music classes and I leave it to your own thoughts J
  •    Call your old school friend with whom you haven’t spoke for years. He / She gives a lot of news about your mutual friends and renewing your good old memories can be nothing like anything.

Those times you spent roaming together with your loved ones, those funny incidents from your classroom, that rain which you enjoyed to its fullest, that excitement of first day of office and many more. It’s all your own beautiful life’s memories that you want to relive and feel so intense as if you have done a time travel :)

DISCOVERY OF SELF

Have you ever thought of the only person on this earth with whom you spend the most of your time???

Well! It’s none other than “YOURSELF” only.  You are the only person with whom you spend every moment of your life with. Most of the times, we are worried of other people’s lives, problems, stress etc, But have you ever thought of how much you like yourself? How well you treat yourself? How much you care about yourself?

We live in a world where everything is fast, furious and competitive. Man is a social being. To be successful, it is important to have inter personal skills. But like there is a saying that “Charity begins at home, Love also should begin with one’s own self”. If you are successful at this art, you will be a great success in life also. We have so many problems in our mind that we never realize the wonderful person inside us. We never talk to him/her often (at least seldom).

Be it our mother or father or siblings or best friends or girlfriend/boyfriend/spouse, everyone’s role in our life is only to an extent. At some point of life, we have to face some situations on our own. Our friends and family can only share our pain and support as much as they can, but ultimately what you go through is to be felt by ‘YOU’ alone. Any pain in your body can be felt only by you, some hurdles in life have to be faced by you, and challenges at work place are to be dealt by you. Even the closest person in life can walk with us but not for us. Hence we need to develop the person inside us to deal with some odds of life.

It’s not that the concept of being alone is needed only to face challenges in life. Sometimes you need a break even though everything is going right in life. Spending some time with ourselves recharges our mind. It helps to think about our own selves and discover the potential inside us. It helps to renew your hidden skills and rejuvenate yourself with confidence. Being alone need not mean being lonely and an introvert. It can also be a kind of relaxation to your own self from the daily routine.

It’s all about how you treat yourself that reflects on how you perceive others also. If you are happy with yourself, then only you can spread happiness to others. Try it!  Start thinking about the beautiful person inside you that you forgot and fall in love with your life again ;)!!
